Description

  • Hybrid/face-to-face meetings
  • 1 table + 6 chairs
  • Cisco screen for online meetings

Meeting rooms are available to book for individual slots of two hours. You can book more than one slot per day if your meeting requires a longer time, but these spaces are not intended to be routinely booked for long periods

Sound dampening has been completed in this room; however, this does not guarantee the space is fully confidential. If your meeting involves sensitive or confidential discussions, we recommend booking a more suitable space such as Meeting Room 2

Cisco screen information:

  • The Cisco screen does not have a PC attached to it (unlike the Staff Meeting Room). 
  • To be able to attend-only a Teams or Zoom meeting you do not need a separate device, however you must invite sjl-aw-meetingroom2-2 and all attendees to the meeting via an Outlook meeting request. Failure to do so will mean you cannot join the meeting. This option is for video meetings but options within the meeting are limited. 
  • You can plug in a laptop/connect via the WiFi to use your laptop/share your screen, however for the best meeting experience, also invite sjl-aw-meetingroom2-2 to the meeting via Outlook.
  • Instructions for using the Cisco equipment are printed out and on the table in the room.
