Looking to book a study room?

Booking is now only required if you wish to book a space on the first floor of Harold Cohen Library. All other spaces are now available for drop-in access.

For the safety of all of our customers and staff:

  • Bookings can only be made up to 48 hours in advance. 
  • Face coverings must be worn at all times in the building.
  • You are required to social distance from other Library users at all times, including those in your bubble.
  • Your details may be used to make contact with you should they be required for Track and Trace purposes.
  • Seats are for single study users only. Users are requested to only sit in their allocated seats and seats should not be shared with others, including those from their household or social bubble
  • You are required to fully clean the desk and equipment using the cleaning materials provided

Need an accessible study space/room?

Students requiring a height adjustable desk are advised to select the An accessible seat/space is required on the booking filters - these spaces have height-adjustable desks. If you have a Student Support Information Sheet, you can request to book an accessible study room online or by contacting the Library by email, live chat or SMS Text on 0151 329 2657.
