On Campus - Knowhow Workshop - Everyday English In-Person

This course is designed to support international students who have recently arrived in the UK and may find some aspects of living here unfamiliar. The sessions aim to provide essential language skills: words, phrases, and grammar that will help you open a bank account, make phone calls or attend GP appointments. The classes are interactive, offering opportunities to share your experiences of living in the UK with others in the group. They are informal and do not require any in-depth knowledge to participate in the discussions.

These classes are open to students from all faculties: undergraduate students, postgraduate students, research students and staff.
