The Digital Heritage Lab is our new platform for showcasing collections from our three Heritage institutions – Special Collections & Archives, the Victoria Gallery & Museum, and the Garstang Museum of Archaeology.
Come and enjoy tea and coffee in celebration of our first set of collections going live, including the University Guild Gazette, archaeological photographs, Cunard posters, medieval manuscripts, and Olaf Stapledon’s lecture notes.
This session will include a demo of the site, a walkthrough of some of the digitisation process, and a display of materials from SCA. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions of the Digitisation team and curators.
