This session, aimed at students in the Management School, will go through how to access Mintel Trends and the different types of content you can access.
This session will demo the use of:
1. Mintel Trend Drivers. Consider them as the Motivators . There are seven core drivers . Experience, Identity , Rights, Surroundings, Technology, Value and Well Being. These core drivers highlight what consumers feel is important to them in making a consumer choice
2. Global Observations. Approx 100 observations a week are put on line. Observations highlight Innovation
3. Consumer Trends. Approx 64 of them. These trends are updated twice a year and connect the Mintel Trends Drivers ( motivators ) and Global Observations ( innovation) together.
