This session will be delivered by two Wellbeing Advisers from the Student Welfare Advice and Guidance team with the support of Peer Mentors. It will focus on the various ways you can manage your routine for a positive impact on your work-life balance. The Wellbeing Team will show you how an effective routine can reduce your anxiety, clear your mind, and help you to identify the changes you want to make in your life. Peer Mentors will be available to answer questions and signpost you to the Peer Mentors scheme at the end of the session.
