An entrepreneurial mind-set is a certain way of thinking. It’s about how you address challenges, identify opportunities and how you handle set-backs. Why is it important? Characteristics of an entrepreneurial mind-set include confidence, creativity, resilience and initiative. All of these attributes are valued highly in the graduate job market and will position you for success in the recruitment process, and for getting the most from your role.
