KnowHow: Positive Stress (Social Success)

This session looks a popular neuroscience in relation to learning to managing our anxiety rather than it managing us.

Understanding how our bodies create anxiety can be a major step in managing these symptoms. There will be some optional practical exercises provided to help participants develop their skills of successful anxiety management.
