KnowHow: Positive Anxiety – Mindfulness In-Person

Understanding how our bodies create anxiety can be a major step in managing these symptoms. This session looks a popular neuroscience in relation to learning to managing our anxiety rather than it managing us. There will be some optional practical exercises provided.

This workshop is repeated at key times of the academic year, with one of three different facilitators – so you can attend more than once. Each facilitator will emphasise a different perspective, helping participants to develop greater depth of understanding and skill toward successful anxiety management.
