This workshop aims at alleviating anxiety through the use of mindfulness techniques. This is a practical session in which participants will be able to learn mindfulness exercises.

This workshop is repeated fortnightly at key times of the academic year, with one of three different facilitators – so you can attend more than once. Each facilitator will emphasise a different perspective, helping participants to develop greater depth of understanding and skill toward successful anxiety management.
