There are two additional (optional) group sessions for students who have attended any of the positive anxiety workshops. Each session offers support for integrating the ideas from the workshops into everyday life.
This workshop is repeated fortnightly at key times of the academic year, with one of three different facilitators – so you can attend more than once. Each facilitator will emphasise a different perspective, helping participants to develop greater depth of understanding and skill toward successful anxiety management.
