Being anxious socially is quite common and this difficulty often responds well when explored in a supportive environment. It can take courage to attend but that is the first step in feeling more comfortable in social situations.
This workshop is repeated fortnightly at key times of the academic year, with one of three different facilitators – so you can attend more than once. Each facilitator will emphasise a different perspective, helping participants to develop greater depth of understanding and skill toward successful anxiety management.
