Many of us believe that anxiety is abnormal and that we need to get rid of it – this workshop offers a different approach. Learn to understand your anxiety, where is comes from and how to manage it rather than it managing you. This workshop is repeated fortnightly at key times of the academic year, with one of three different facilitators – so you can attend more than once. Each facilitator will emphasise a different perspective, helping participants to develop greater depth of understanding and skill toward successful anxiety management.
